The shamanic journey is the art of using rhythm and intention to enter an altered state of consciousness in order to connect with the spiritual dimension of reality.

Shamanic journeying has been practiced around the world since ancient times. It is a conscious meditation and journey into the spirit realm to receive Divine guidance. This provides a deepened connection to spirit which can facilitate healing and provide access to information personally, and sometimes collectively.

We will only accept a maximum of 8 people for this journey. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a blanket/pillow. Class runs approximately 4 hours.
