This informal meditation group is focused on consciousness expansion and the improvement of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The evening begins with a short discussion or, occasionally, a practice followed by a silent, 30-40 minute meditation period accompanied by music. There is then an opportunity to share and discuss your experience.
