This informal meditation group is focused on consciousness expansion and the improvement of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The evening begins with a short discussion or an occasional  practice followed by a silent, 30-40 minute meditation period accompanied by music. There is then an opportunity to share and discuss your experience.

This informal group meeting format is intended to bring together like-minded people by providing a forum for discussion and exploration of topics related to energy, consciousness, spirituality, self-improvement, metaphysics, and beyond. Topics will cover a wide range of books, speakers, current and ancient ideas and practices, as well as sharing of personal experiences.

This is a “donation” meet-up ($5-10 suggested or whatever you can afford to pay for venue use.)
