You will be the first point of contact for Rochester Holistic Arts. You will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen, forward and follow-up any incoming phone calls, emails and texts providing information when needed
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries
Maintain & update procedures for checking customers out
Preserve the integrity of appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Perform other clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
Ensure the overall cleanliness of all common areas, spa rooms and reception desk
Make sure there is proper inventory to smoothly run all massage services
Increase RHA awareness and support existing outreach while building business relationships
Work on special projects as assigned.
Proven working experience in similar roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook and Social Media applications
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team and take initiative when needed
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, use hands, kneel, climb stairs and walk.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs overhead and push/pull lighter objects
Hours and compensation:
Hours to be determined – maximum 30 hours per week
Starting hourly rate $11.00 – 3-month probation with review and possible increase
1 free massage per week & 1 free sauna per week
